Passionate about technology, open source software, latest hardware, software engineering, strategic management, financial education, and many other technological areas. 

I have a broad technical expertise with about 10 years’ involvement in international and European research projects. My research ranges from algorithms for wireless communications, 4G/5G and beyond 5G networks to Big Data, Security, Blockchain, Machine Learning and Internet-of-Things.

I am the author and co-author of over 100 scientific papers related to Big Data, Security, Cloud Computing, 4G and 5G systems, as well as Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications. Furthermore, I have managed and participated in over 30 research projects where I was involved in all the major technical achievements, including WP leader, deliverable and annual report editor.

I am currently an Associate Professor with University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, delivering lectures in Software Applications for Mobile Terminals, Mobile Communication Systems, Communication System Simulation, Medical Data Networks and Communication.

I am also co-founder and CEO of Beam Innovation SRL, a young spin-off from University Politehnica of Bucharest established for transferring research results to the market.

I am also providing consultancy and development services as a sole entrepreneur. In this capacity I have provided development services and delivered software solutions for both businesses and customers with little to no digital skills. I have been working in developing IT software solutions with the specific target of bringing  R&D results to the eHealth market  and making eHealth applications as accessible as possible for end users
